ZY6282-GBJ Testing The Smoke Density Toxicity Index Test Box
Standard:
Compliance with GJB1916-1994 standard requirements for the test of toxic index in section 4.5.37 of the general specification for low-smoke cable and soft line of ships.
Scope of application:
The toxicity of the combustion products is determined by a small group of molecules that are produced by a small amount of material sample under the prescribed conditions and in excess air.
Main parameters:
1. Test chamber: by a volume of 0.7 m after internal lining in opaque plastic films, such as polypropylene sealed box body, and is equipped with a transparent plastic panels, such as the polycarbonate) of the hinged door or sliding doors.
2. Pumping system: the test box is equipped with a forced pumping system which can be shut off in the test box when needed.
3. Hybrid fan: a 6-blade axial fan with a diameter of 200mm in diameter, which controls the opening and closing of the outside. Horizontal installation at the center of the top of the test box to ensure rapid mixing of combustion products;
